The problem: An informative website about tea that welcomes visitors in a calm and aesthetically pleasing way for those interested in Tea’s history, culture, and future.

Soft tones and plant-based designs were chosen to align with the client’s want for a wholesome theme. A clear but stylistic typeface was selected for an easier read while maintaining the design theme.

An easy navigation bar was chosen to help lead the visitor through a welcome page, a beginner’s summary, and eventually to more extensive topics placed later in the list.

The problem: A cooking school website that matches the client’s list of classes and recipes that the school provides.

A bold choice for the foundation of the website was chosen to show the personality of a daring chef and their expertise. The colors were a striking red and the photos chosen had to match the recipe as well as the bold foundation.

An experimental choice for the background was taken so that the pictures and recipes of the food are put as a focal point so that the focus remains on the cuisines.

The problem: A cafe with a theme for witches and magic as well as a contact form that gives the business a way to receive catering or event inquiries.

With the theme in mind, the colors were chosen to be different shades of purple but maintained a readable format as a menu needed to be showcased on the website.

The typography was chosen to fit in line with the witchy theme while maintaining the readability of the typeface and its whimsical design.
